Our utmost priority is to provide exceptional service, ensuring prompt dispatch of goods on business days. However, please be aware that during sales events and public holidays, certain delays may occur. When shipping to offshore islands, please anticipate possible additional transit time. It is important to note that Foreign Rider cannot assume responsibility for any orders that experience delays during the customs clearance process.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
When you make a purchase with us, as a customer, you are entitled to a 90-day period during which you have the option to return your order. The return period begins from the day you receive your order and expires after 90 days. In case you have ordered multiple items that are delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item. Please note that simply refusing to receive the goods does not qualify as a cancellation.
Upon cancellation or return of one or more items, you will receive a refund for your purchase. Once the returned goods have been inspected, a refund (excluding delivery costs) will be issued. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. The refund will be automatically issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

When returning an item, its condition upon return is important. If the value of the item has been diminished due to usage beyond what was necessary to inspect its type and properties, only a partial refund may be provided.
