When you make a purchase with us, as a customer, you are entitled to a 90-day period during which you have the option to return your order.

The return period begins from the day you receive your order and expires after 90 days. In case you have ordered multiple items that are delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.

Please note that simply refusing to receive the goods does not qualify as a cancellation.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Upon cancellation or return of one or more items, you will receive a refund for your purchase. Once the returned goods have been inspected, a refund (excluding delivery costs) will be issued. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

The refund will be automatically issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Whether you have purchased multiple items from us in a single order, you have the flexibility to return one or several of those items.

When returning an item, its condition upon return is important. If the value of the item has been diminished due to usage beyond what was necessary to inspect
its type and properties, only a partial refund may be provided. The refund amount will be based on the saleable value of the item, and in some cases, this may result in only the refund of shipping charges.

To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may affect
the value of the item.

At Foreign Rider, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and materials used in all our products. In the rare event that a product exhibits a manufacturing or material defect, we offer to repair or replace the item, at our discretion. It's important to note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over time and use.
